Oxford Ghost Signs: Morrell's (Lion) Brewery
Morrell's Lion Brewery in St Thomas' Street, Oxford closed in 1998 and the site is now occuped by housing, but the gates and a curved archway with a gold lion each side bearing the words THE LION BREWERY were preserved.
The 1901 brewery chimney also survives and can be seen here.
